Privacy Policy
This page explains how TimeFlow Planner handles the data used to schedule lessons, manage students, track income, sync with iCloud, and provide Pro features.

TimeFlow Planner is designed for educators to manage lessons, students, income records, reminders, iCloud backups, and teaching analytics. We keep your teaching data under your control and only use the data needed to provide the app's features.
Data You Create
The app may store lesson schedules, students, courses, institutions, projects, expenses, templates, attendance, pricing, notes, currency settings, theme settings, and backup metadata that you enter or generate in the app.
Storage and iCloud
TimeFlow stores data on your device. If iCloud sync or iCloud backup is enabled, your data may be stored in your private iCloud account through Apple CloudKit so it can sync or be restored across your devices.
Purchases and Subscriptions
TimeFlow Pro subscriptions, lifetime purchase, restore purchases, and offer code redemption are handled through Apple's StoreKit system. Apple processes purchase and subscription information. TimeFlow uses StoreKit entitlement information only to determine whether Pro features should be unlocked.
Network Features
Currency conversion may request exchange rates from an external exchange-rate service. TimeFlow does not require you to create a separate account for this feature.
Notifications and Live Activities
If you enable reminders or Live Activities, TimeFlow uses your lesson information to schedule local notifications and display current or upcoming lesson information on the Lock Screen or Dynamic Island.
Your Choices
- You can edit or delete your data in the app.
- You can disable notifications and Live Activities in the app or in iOS Settings.
- You can change iCloud settings in iOS.
- You can hide income amounts and use Face ID or Touch ID lock where available.

TimeFlow Pro 的订阅、永久买断、恢复购买和兑换码功能通过 Apple StoreKit 系统完成。购买与订阅信息由 Apple 处理。TimeFlow 只使用 StoreKit 的权益信息来判断是否解锁 Pro 功能。
网络功能
汇率换算功能可能会向外部汇率服务请求汇率数据。TimeFlow 不会要求你为这个功能创建额外账户。
通知与实时活动
如果你开启课程提醒或实时活动，TimeFlow 会使用课程信息创建本地通知，并在锁屏或灵动岛显示当前或即将开始的课程信息。
你的选择
- 你可以在 App 内编辑或删除自己的数据。
- 你可以在 App 或 iOS 设置中关闭通知和实时活动。
- 你可以在 iOS 中调整 iCloud 设置。
- 你可以隐藏收入金额，并在可用设备上启用 Face ID 或 Touch ID 锁定。
